All dogs, regardless of size, age, or energy level, have personal fitness needs that deserve to be met. Sadly, obesity remains the most common preventable disease in canines. This can be particularly challenging in New York City where the work day is long, apartments are cramped, and outdoor space is limited.
There are many benefits to running with a dog, in addition to physical and mental health. Among them are increased motivation to exercise, a more enjoyable experience, heightened focus, and added safety. If you want to run more, it makes a lot of sense to do so with a four-legged companion.
DogGo Dash Club is a trusted marketplace community that connects dog owners with human "dashers" of all fitness levels, from brisk walkers to marathon runners. Pets get 1-on-1 attention far superior to a stroll around the block. Dashers get to exercise alongside a furry friend while monetizing their fitness routine. The result is a happier and healthier life for all.

Founded in Brooklyn, New York, DogGo Dash Club was built upon two common passions: healthy living and canine companionship. In 2017, husband and wife Patrick and Danielle Robak started running with their Hungarian vizsla "Denver" to meet her exercise needs. They quickly realized that what began as a morning chore, actually had a positive impact on their entire family's physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Patrick was born and raised on Long Island, NY and has been involved in athletics throughout his entire life. He attended Cornell University, where he was a member of the Varsity Track & Field team. He later earned his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Growing up, his family dog was a gentle Great Dane named "Sava". Now, he loves going for family runs with Danielle and Denver.
Denver, aka "Denny Pancakes", hails from Allentown, PA and is one of a very large litter of 11 puppies. Considered small for the Vizsla breed, what she lacks in size she more than makes up for with her larger than life personality. Her favorite activities include playing fetch, stalking animals, and early morning runs.
